The Triangle Construction Problem (I, O, Ma)

We attack the problem of the construction of a triangle $ABC$ when the incenter $I$, the circumcenter $O$ and the midpoint $M_a$ of $BC$ are given.

We follow an idea from Luis Lopes of using two different loci for vertex $A$, that happen to be a line and a cubic.
